"A Day on the Water"
with Henry Riojas
Henry's love of fishing and the outdoors is what spurred the
beginning of Tejano salsa. This endeavor has become so successful,
Henry now has a small amount of time to devote to his second passion, fishing! "A Day On The Water"
is partly instructional, offering tips, best lures and best
locations for fishing in Texas all the while promoting Texas
fishing. Henry launches off the pier with experienced Texas fishing guides to
instruct on many facets including water safety, the best marinas and
those well kept "best secret fishing spots". He tops the
shows with cooking lessons using the "catch of the day"
along with that special Tex-Mex flavor found in all of the Tejano
family of products.

Tejano Salsa
History:
My brother Henry
Riojas had a dream to buy a fishing pier. He had done all the paper work but he ran into
one small problem, money. So he thought, "How can I get extra money to buy a fishing
pier?". Then came along an idea, his friend had been telling him all along, "Go
into the Salsa business." Everyone that had tried his homemade salsa loved it!
In December 1992 Henry's Dream, Inc. was born. From that moment Henry has
been the creative genius behind Henry's products. From the original Tejano Salsa
to the Tejano Salsa Verde, the Rice & Taco Mex, the meat and vegetable
homemade tamales and the K-So Cheeez Dip made with "real" American and Cheddar cheeses, Henry's Dream, Inc. products have been innovative and different
yet still taste just like homemade.
